Elementaires-Feydeau-1

DESCRIPTION

The plot of the play Un fil à la patte by G. Feydeau is based on a succession of twists and turns and comical situations where the characters are trapped.

We used a tulle fabric for covering the background wall so as to play with illusion effects. This material combined with light offers two states, it can turn transparent but also remain opaque. This changeover reveals unexpected meetings between the characters and creates surprise by the fleeting appearances behind the wall.
The visual surprise effect given by the light is favorable to the many suddens in the play.
