Ultraviolet immersive restaurant of Chef Paul Pairet proposes a menu elaborated on associations between flavor, smell, light, video and sound atmospheres around a 10 sits table. Created for one of the twenty two courses, the interactive device assigns a virtual instrument to each guest. The handling of the cutlery triggers a music play. Every evening, the guests play together and compose a unique partition.
